Engagements are most productive when there is an identified internal sponsor — typically a CFO, COO, CEO, or Board Director — who can champion the work and share necessary context.

How long does an engagement take from start to finish?

Durations are fixed per service. Capital Allocation Review runs four weeks. Partnership Governance Design takes three weeks. Sustainability Strategy Consultation spans five weeks. These timelines include all research, analysis, drafting, and review rounds. We do not extend engagements unless scope changes are formally agreed.

Are your consultants based locally in Hong Kong?

Yes. Osmund is based at Jardine House in Central. All primary consulting work is performed by professionals who live and work in Hong Kong, with direct knowledge of the local business environment and regulatory landscape.

What does the pricing cover?

The published price covers the full engagement from kick-off through final deliverable, including all consultant time, document preparation, presentation, and one round of substantive revisions. Travel expenses beyond Central Hong Kong may be agreed separately where relevant.

What happens after the engagement is delivered?

The deliverable is yours to implement as you see fit. Osmund does not tie clients to ongoing advisory relationships. Should questions arise during implementation, a limited follow-up window is included at no additional charge. Further advisory work can be arranged as a separate, clearly scoped engagement.

How is confidential business information handled?

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any substantive information is shared. Materials are handled by named consultants only, stored securely, and not retained beyond the engagement period unless you request otherwise.
